4th of July Parade
Ride the Float or March
8:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Parade Line-up Behind the Fire Station (3rd Main St)
10:00 AM – Parade Step-off – Parade route is East on Depot St to NH Rt. 3 and then East on Rt 3 to Industrial Drive (near ball field). Total distance is 0.6 miles.
Following the Parade – There is no flag raising ceremony at the ball park. Immediately following the parade is a community kickball game. We are invited to fire a Musket Salute at the Flag Pole. Availability of a suitable location and safe firing direction needs to be confirmed.
- Muster: 9:00 AM – behind Fire Station
- Uniform: Color guard – Regimental or Militia/Colonial or Hunting Shirt. Modern civilian – color shirt or polo with dockers – something with SAR logo preferred. Participants are representing NHSAR, please no T-shirts, jeans or shorts.
