Grave Marking – Bunker Hill Patriots
Commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill
You are invited to a special grave side ceremony honoring six Patriots who fought in the Battle of Bunker Hill on June 17, 1775. Patriots Samuel Annis, Jonathan Bell, Peter Butterfield, Moses Little, John Buswell and John Little all served in Colonel John Stark’s Regiment at the historic rail fence.
In collaboration with the Town of Goffstown, the Goffstown Historical Society and The New Boston Chapter of the NH Daughters of the American Revolution we will dedicate newly placed granite markers at each of their grave sites noting their service at the Battle of Bunker Hill.
The traditional three-volley musket salute will be conducted to honor these Revolutionary War Patriots.
