The Events Committee, established in August 2023, helps coordinate and communicate all activities of the Society, ensuring a balanced mix of business meetings, social gatherings, public events, and service opportunities. The committee maintains a rolling calendar, reviews event requests, supports outreach with partner organizations such as DAR and CAR, and serves as a central hub for event information and communication to our membership.

Committee meetings are hybrid format.  Meetings in odd numbered months are held electronically. Meetings in the even number months are hybrid format.  Typically the in person meeting is held at the Stark House in Manchester and others can attend electronically. Links to the meetings are sent out on the Sunday before the meeting.
