Welcome to the New Hampshire Sons of the American Revolution (NHSAR) Event Calendar.
Explore upcoming meetings, commemorations, ceremonies, and community programs hosted by the NHSAR. From honoring Revolutionary War milestones like the Raid on Fort William and Mary to conducting Patriot grave markings, award presentations, and public education initiatives, each event reflects our mission to promote patriotism, preserve American history, and honor the legacy of our Patriot ancestors.
Wilton 250th Liberty Tree Dedication
The Wilton 250th Commemoration will include a Liberty Tree dedication and a re-dedication of their War Memorial. NHSAR Color Guard will join ranks with 1st NH and American Legion Bent-Burke Post to carry flags and provide a 3 volley musket salute for both the Liberty Tree Dedication and the War Memorial ceremony. Upon conclusion of the War Memorial ceremony, NHSAR will set up the static display at Whiting Park.
- 8:30 am – Muster Whiting Park
- 10:00 am – Liberty Tree Dedication – at Whiting Park
- 10:30 am – Let Freedom Ring Procession from Whiting Park to the War Memorial
- 11:15 am – War Memorial Dedication
- 12:30 am – SAR Static Display – Whiting Park
All NHSAR members are encouraged to attend to assist with the Liberty Tree Dedication and the static display.
We need help with:
- Set-up (arrive by 8:30 AM)
- Staffing the booth and/or (flexible shifts between 12:00 PM–3:00 PM)
- Tear-down (after 3:00 PM)
If you’re available to assist—whether for an hour or the whole day—your help would be greatly appreciated. This is a great opportunity to share the mission of the Sons of the American Revolution with the public and connect with the community.
