Celebrating Tradition, Community and Patriotism

On November 28, 2025, Compatriots Russell Cumbee, Ron White, Curtis Hermann, Paul Ford and James Veach proudly represented the New Hampshire SAR at the 38th Annual Littleton Christmas Parade. Joining them were Lois Hermann (DAR) and Kirsten MacLean (DAR).

The Littleton Christmas Parade, hosted by the Littleton Civic Club, is a time-honored tradition marking the arrival of Santa Claus and the start of the holiday season. Featuring marching bands, festive floats, equestrians, and special guests, this two-mile celebration draws over 1,000 spectators, making it the largest annual event in Littleton.

A special shout out to, Lydia Cumbee who traveled the parade route on foot to capture photos of NHSAR in action.

After the parade, camaraderie continued as Compatriot Cumbee and his wife Lydia graciously hosted a gathering at their home—a perfect ending to a day of celebration and community.
