On November 8, 2025, the Molly Stark Chapter, DAR, the New Hampshire SAR, and the John Stark Society C.A.R. hosted their annual Veterans Appreciation Luncheon to honor the men and women who have served our nation. The C.A.R. opened the event by presenting Certificates of Appreciation to all veterans in attendance.
Keynote speaker Martha Gladu, New Hampshire’s Ambassador to the Military Women’s Memorial, shared an inspiring overview of the nation’s only major monument dedicated to honoring America’s military women. She encouraged attendees to help preserve women’s service stories by ensuring the veterans in their families are enrolled in the memorial’s national registry.
The luncheon also featured the presentation of awards recognizing exceptional service to veterans. Brigadier General Donal Charles Bolduc, USA (Ret.), received both the SAR Gold Good Citizenship Award and the DAR Outstanding Veteran Volunteer Award. With 33 years of military service—including ten deployments, multiple valor awards, and two Purple Hearts—General Bolduc has continued his lifetime of service by advocating for veterans and their families and supporting numerous community and academic organizations.
Debora Unger was awarded the Outstanding DAR Service for Veterans Award for her outstanding care, service and outreach to the veteran community.
