DAR Members Receive Abigail Adams Finder Award
On February 21, 2026, the New Hampshire Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (NHSAAR) presented the Abigail Adams DAR Finder Award to Daughters of the American Revolution members Trish Jackson, Kristy Ellsworth, and Tammy Rafferty in recognition of their outstanding support of the SAR through successful candidate referrals.
The SAR recently established a three-tiered annual award to recognize individual DAR members whose efforts in nominating SAR candidates result in new members. The Abigail Adams level of the award is presented to a DAR member who submits two to four approved SAR applications within a calendar year.
The presentation of this award highlights the important partnership between the DAR and SAR and honors the vital role DAR members play in strengthening the Society through genealogical research, member referrals, and continued support of the Patriot mission.
